Bích Phương, whose full name is Bùi Thị Bích Phương, was born on September 30, 1989, in Ha Long, Quang Ninh. She graduated with a degree in vocal music from Ha Long College of Culture, Arts, and Tourism. She gained fame after participating in the 2010 Vietnam Idol competition, where she reached the top 7.

In 2011, her popular song “Có Khi Nào Rời Xa” earned her the title of “Queen of Sad Music,” as her emotional interpretation of love’s challenges resonated deeply with listeners. Although she was nominated for “Promising Female Singer” at the Làn Sóng Xanh Awards, she faced stiff competition. In 2013, she released her debut album titled “Chỉ Là Em.”
