She stands at a height of 1.77 meters, with measurements of 82-61-90. From a young age, Phương Anh impressed her peers with her exceptional academic abilities. She was the top student in the bilingual program at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted. Additionally, she secured the highest title at the 2015 Vietnam Schoolgirl Ao Dai Beauty Contest while still in the 11th grade. Phương Anh participated in the Miss Vietnam 2020 pageant as she was nearing the completion of her studies, seeking to challenge herself and gain experience in larger competitions. During the event, she reached the Top 5 in the Talent segment with her presentation on the ao dai, showcasing her proficiency in both English and French, and ultimately earned the title of First Runner-Up alongside Miss Đỗ Thị Hà and Second Runner-Up Nguyễn Lê Ngọc Thảo. Since 2022, Phạm Ngọc Phương Anh has been appointed as a news editor for VTV9, becoming the youngest editor in several years. On June 13, 2022, she was officially announced as Vietnam’s representative for the International Beauty Pageant.
